Exchange policy


We offer a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Virtuore does not accept returns — only exchanges are allowed. Shipping charges will be applicable for all exchange requests.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@virtuore.in.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on worn or washed items.


Exchange Process

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order for the desired product.

Once we receive and inspect your exchanged item, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your exchange was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at support@virtuore.in.
